Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Faaho, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for both tenants and property owners. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services and bookings made through our platform.

2. Booking Cancellations

If you cancel a booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled move-in date, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made through the platform. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the move-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booking amount.

3. Service Fee Refunds

Platform service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. However, if a booking is cancelled due to a property listing being inaccurate or misleading, the full service fee will be refunded along with any advance payments.

4. Property Not as Described

If you arrive at a property and find that it materially differs from its listing description, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of check-in. We will investigate the claim and, if verified, process a complete refund including any service fees.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@faaho.com with your booking reference number, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
