Faaho provides a platform for connecting individuals seeking paying guest accommodations with property owners. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Property Listings

Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. Faaho does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information and acts solely as an intermediary between tenants and property owners.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments processed through the Faaho platform are subject to our payment terms. We may charge service fees for facilitating bookings and transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

Faaho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Faaho in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
